Gluten-Free Bean Dip

Last night I had some friends over and needed to make something quick & easy.
This bean dip was a big hit! And it only took a few simple, real food ingredients to make.
It's full of fiber and protein - both very important to any Gluten-Free diet. This dip is great for movie nights, family gatherings, new year's eve and super-bowl parties.....or any occasion!
 I hope you enjoy.

Gluten-Free Bean Dip

(six layers)

1. 1 1/2 cans of GF Refried Beans (add a little sea salt)
2. Guacamole: Two avacados + 1 cup Fage Plain Greek Yogurt whisked together
(add sea salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste).
3. Chopped green onions
4. Organic Salsa (I love the Organicville Brand)
5. Sliced Black Olives
6. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cover & chill in the fridge until you're ready to eat.

(I love serving this with LENTIL chips - the Mediterranean Snacks brand Baked Lentil Chips are my favorite!)

I hope you all have a Happy Gluten-Free New Year!

That looks delicious! I cannot wait to go home and try it. Have I been living under a rock, lentil chips? Silly question but are they GF? I love lentils. I also love bread. I just tried Bavarian's gluten free breads and they are amazing. I think I want to try a bean dip GF sandwich so I can take it to work for lunch. Thanks for sharing.
