Gluten-Free / Paleo Chicken Salad with Grapes
3 cups GF cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 cups red grapes, sliced
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
Trader Joe's Real Mayonnaise
Romaine Lettuce / Cabbage
Mix together all ingredients an then place on a bed of romaine lettuce and cabbage.
It's great as a main or side-dish!
